Regarding witness not appearing

Dear Sir,
I have been falsely booked under 417, 493, 294(b), 420 & 506(1). Witnesses are not appearing for last 7 hearing. Anything can be done from our side to speed up the case?

When witnesses don't appear warrant may be issued by the court to requiring their appearance before the court. If the witnesses are from your side you can request them for appearance. If the witnesses are from the prosecution side then you can press for warrant.

yep sir.. we can file a direction before the honble high court and pray for complete the investigation. If you know that it has been false implications we can move a quash petition before the high court.. for further details please share FIR or charge sheet and i will tell exact nature of the prosecution case
