Regarding time period of gr case

Complainant never came to court for witness and I have went court 6 times on date. Every time I have to pay to the lawyer with out any process of court.so please kindly suggest me how quickly the case can be closed .should I change the lawyer,how many days I have to go to court.where the complainant not coming to court on date.
