Regarding the fraud on courier vendorship and fraud.

Hello sir/Madam my name is Srikanth my brother has been got frauded by his friend.His friend told him that for courier vendorship security deposit must be paid, my brother believed him and paid around 3 lakhs without any written statement or cheque.But he has WhatsApp proof, call recording, video recording and entire transaction details of accused himself telling i have to return him money as he is not ready to start the Courier business.Also he has given some threat on phone call on me1) can we get back the money??n2) can we sue him behind the bars ?? Under section 504 n 506 and 420 case???

yesvit is possible once you have to get money recovery you have to file a civil suit only you have to punish him you have to file a criminal case like 420 cheating so if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, Firstly your brother has done a mistake by entering into oral agreement without taking any cheque or promissory note. You may approach Police who may call him and get atleast a postdated cheque and on its bouncing you may file a cheque bounce case.
