Regarding the cheating case on starting courier business

Hello sir/madam my name is Chandrakanth Naidu R, i am resident of Bangalore.In my hometown Chintamani a friend of mine had told me to start courier business and taken 2.5 lakhs. I have all the proofs and evidences nNow my doubt is can I file FIR on him?

Dear Sir Just take blank cheque from which is important document to recover. You can file FIR but you can get money back. It is only criminal case for punishment. Better try to get cheque. If you file civil case also you need to make rounds to courts

okay I understand your questions so now your friends cheated you and took 2.5lk right yes it is possible to file a cheing case but it is civil case so you have to take court direction lodge pcr in court and take file F i R direction through court and get back your mony from him if you need any legal help contact me thank you
