Regarding Spoiling my image and threatening to post my pics and chats

Dear All Panel Member I want to enquire about one of my close friends with whom I was in a relationship with him, now he is threatening me by saying i will post your pictures and chat on Internet, i will make a call to your parents and tell them each and everything, i will send photographs to your family members. He also started calling my colleagues and talking in a very bad way. He also logged a fake FIR by mentioning he had received a death threat from my boss. Please guide me and help me

first of all has the fir been lodged or not. fake fir is a matter of trial now if it has been lodged. what is the sections if the fir is lodged. who all are accused in that fir. have you made a complaint regarding that he is threatning you to post your pictures

This is a clear case of harassment and intimidation. you may file an FIR against the said person and request for prompt action. additionally, you may file for injunction and pray for directions that such personal information may not be posted anywhere.

you can file a case against him under 354C or voyeurism, 506 for criminal intimidation , 500 for defaming you and 66E of information technology act . He will be behind bars and for fake FIR YOU can file a forgery case against him

If the FIR is already registered then you will be called by the IO of the case for investigation during which you need to convince him/her that this is all fake FIR that is instituted against you and you need to file a fresh FIR against the culprits explaining all the true facts and circumstances. You shall immediately hire an advocate n file a police complaint in this regard. Don’t block him rather create evidences of his threat n extortion by recording his voice n call ! It’s better you do your home work Kindly b in touch
