hi Sir. I need to know whether a case be filed after 1 year of sexual abuse to a married lady. It happened forcibly without her consent. She became pregnant because of that. She aborted that. She couldn't say that to her husband as her husband is arrogant. Can she file a case ?What proof is required to file a case? What will be procedure after filing FIR ?
