regarding sending notice while the case is still in court

A case has been registered (pcr) against me and it is referred to police station but before the report has been presented to court by police station another notice has been served by same advocate mentioning the same matter for 2nd time will that be a valid one can a same case and same person be registeted for the 2nd time

Dear Sir, There cannot be two complaints in respect of same incident..You may challenge before the High Court and get quash all the proceedings.. You may further can file defamation case against such complainant after quashing of such proceedings..In the meanwhile get issue a reply legal notice..

you have not explained nature of case some cases under criminal law specially related to economic offences can be tried under different laws so confirm it and if they intentionally filed to harrass you can approach higher court to get it quashed or setting aside the order of magistrate.
