Regarding Quashing for DV and 498 A cases

Hi
i have DV case in 2019 and 498a the fir been logged and chargesheet will be filed stage . i have taken AB i 498A . i will have to go to PS for record my statement.
now in DV the stage is my Wife's cross examnation is pending on next date.
Question is CAN and will it be appropriate to file an appeal to quash the cases at this stage . it yes how and if not why ? cases running at bangalore and i am in pune. she is intentionally delying the trial . what to do now ,pls guide
you can file a quashing petition in Bangalore high court for quashing of the chargesheet, further as long as dv act is concerned you have file your objections and proceed with the case strongly, further you can also go for divorce if you feel that life is not possible with her or if you feel that still the marriage can work out file restitution of conjugal rights.

Hello, in 498 cases along with the husband family members are also being implicated in the case. At any stage of the case you can approach High Court for the quashing of the case based on the fact that this is not true case And as a husband and your family member has been implicated falsely. You can also approach the High Court for the seeking direction for speedy disposal of the case because of intention delay by wife in the court below.
