Regarding Non Payment of tuition fees

Hello sir /ma'am, I am taking tuitions in home since few years. And there is a parent whose 2 children were coming in my classes from last 2 years but they've not paid fees of Nov, 2023 to April 2024. And now they've shifted to another State(their family members are still staying here) and the parents are not responding to my calls. What is the legal action I can take against them?

Namste Sir , Good Evening... where are living? How many total fees are pending? Both children are in which standard at that time ? do you have any proof that they are shifted ? Do you have their address? You can send notice through an advocate.
