Regarding No bail since 3 years

Indian Penal Code 379-B,411,399,402,473,nUnlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 16,17,18,18BnArms Act 25nPrisons Act 52AnMy friend has been in jail since 3 years. His group was arrested with all these acts. The lawyers said when the main accused will get bail then it will be easy for him to get the bail. As per lawyer the uapa applied is false and it will get removed easily and bail will be granted. But the thing is its been 3 years and i am not sure when he will be out. Please guide
