Appear before the concerned court..move a bail application and the court will grant the bail and you have to furnish surety for the satisfaction of the court and the case will be fixed for trial and it will go according to the procedure

324 is not bailable as per 2015 amendment.
Pls share the details
name of the court, posting date etc.
Please arrange to appear on the date mentioned in the summons
Before that, pls ensure that crime is before 2015.

even though 324 is not bailable , if the charge is filed there may be very chance to get bail from lower Court

Hi,
Your case is with bailable offences. Yoi have to check the posting date of the case from that summons you received and you need to appear in the court on that day by engaging a lawyer. Frbthe next posting you will need to execute a bail bond, as in every criminal cases. Then you have to face the trail in that court. Once the matter is settled with the opposite party, you can file a compounding petition to relieve from this case.

it is bailable offence. you can avail the bail from the competent court having jurisdiction. You need to get a bail since you are summoned. For getting bail you should have two land tax receipts and two sureties.
