Regarding institute and no response

Sir, i took admission in institute for digital marketing course back in dec 2019. The course is for 6 months and it has not been completed yet some due to pandemic and there is no ongoing online class. There is no response from their side and even they do not pick up the call. All students are facing these problem.
What we can do for fees refund as there is no response from them.
You can definitely seek refund of the amount so paid by you. First and foremost, you need to get a legal notice sent through an advocate. And even after that if you don’t get your money back, you need to file a suit in court.
