Regarding harrassment by my friend

Gud Morning Sir,I am frm delhi.I have purchased 1 property plot in the year sep14 for the amount of 1800000/-(including commission & sale deed cost )in which my friend also given some payment of 4 lacs through cheque directly to the owner , In yr15 i have done construction of floor and 12 lacs more has been invested by me in which nr abt 3 lacs again has been invested by my friend which he directly sent to thekedaar but don’t have proof for the same ,Now due to property down & no resale value i have sold out the same in 19 Lacs & incurred a loss of nr abt 11 lacs ,All was running in the ratio of 40% (Friend ratio) & 60 % (My ratio) but all was verbally and no documentary proof.Now i have given 3.50 Lacs in cash to friend after calculation as per 40 % loss & he has signed a 10 Rs undertaking agreement where it has been written that all dues has been settled in 3.50 Lacs& i have received a same and i will not claim further for the same,Now he is calling again for more money .pls suggest
hello client as you are saying tht you have cleared all the dues of your friend as partner in the the housing property which you people have purchased together. As you are saying you have cleared all.tye dues with your friend and got a receiving on 10rupees aggrement paper tht his dues is clear but now the same person is calling you and asking more money from you in this case this total.420 is been played on you by your friend you should take legal action against him urgently otherwise your friend can make legal.troubles for you as well

was that undertaking norarised or not??? my only question is that.If that was notarised your whole problem is solved but if it was not than you are in trouble. One thing more , how did your friend pay you.
