Regarding HAJIRA in Court before receiving Chargesheet

Before receiving chargesheet, will Hajira in court start of after receiving the same? Does ADJ court exist in sub divisional court?

yes you have to be present in court if you are the accused. yes adj court does exist in sub divisional court. get in touch with S as law offices by searching google so that we can discuss the matter minutely and arrive at a conclusion 80 13 02 18 18

it would start as soon as the case is filed if that is a police case. the court in such cases fixes days for appearance of accused even before the cs is filed. yes adj exist in sub division. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
