Regarding false SC ST Atrocity case on innocent people

Dear Sir, due to attack and abuse on ladies by 2 persons we have lodged FIR on them on 01/06/2022, but in counter after 2 days they have filed false SC ST atrocity case on around 10 people. We have clear video of 20 minutes that what happened there. And also we don't know that persons name while attacking on us and how we can abuse them with caste? It's pure false case. Please suggest us how to move further...

okay will take anticipatery bail and contest the case and proof show in the court and you will be a aquetal case so if you need any legal help contact me thank you and you will take regular bail ofter that anticipatery bail and face it trial and proof it your wcedance or it is a false case you will file it Quashing FIR at high court thank tou

Dear Sir, It is sheer misuse of such SC ST Act. Even getting bail is very hard. You may directly apply for the bail before the High court and after that file quashing petition before the High Court. It is nothing but counter blast for the complaint lodged by you. Court will understand the situation.
