Regarding False rape case

Please share some good advice as I have been implicated in a false case under sec 376, 377 of IPC. I have all the evidences against my ex and her counsel in an audio form in which they demanded money from me. It was a live-in relationship of almost 6 months and we were in a relation for approx 1 year.
Hi sir what had happened and all what did she say and all what did the fir and all say in the complain what did the parents say and all what is the police saying and all first we need enough proof and all that we are in the favour of the case we can file a complain against her under the ipc and all and tell them about the matter and all

In this regard, I advice you to first tell me at what stage your case is on. Then depending upon the stage, you can approach the concerned high court for quashing based on the said audio wherein you have been implicated in wrong and false case. Citing that audio will help you get the relief and then you can get your FIR quashed.
