Regarding false criminal case filed against me by the oppnent.

Respected sir/ma'am, A person who is a govenment employee have taken some money from me as a loan like personal P2P. He agreed to give me the interest amount as per the market value, but since 8 months he is not giving my amount. While asking for the money he always delaying. Now, while finaaly decided to issue warrant notice against him, he is threatening me that he will file false cases against me with his village members (Earlier, I have visited his village). What should I do now ?

Don't Worry. First of all go and file an FIR in the nearest police station. Criminal charges of cheating and criminal intimidation can be initiated against him. Once the FIR is registered the accused will have to appear before the concerned magistrate and will face trial. Collect all evidences against him to be presented in the court. Once he is found guilty he will be convicted. But proper legal advice can only be given after talking to you and understanding your case in brief. For further legal advice you can contact.
