Mere bhai ne ek frnd ko 2.5 lakh rs udhar diye the jisko usne written me kuch ni kiya to unke frnd ne unhe ek cheque diya post dated jb unhone us cheque ko bank ne dala to wo bounce ho gaya reason payment stop by drawar.fir jb bhai ne use legal notice bheja to rply me usne bhai par h cheque chori ka aarop lga diya or ab usne 156 magistrate ke samne complaint b ki hai usne online complaint b cheque ke lost hone ki cheque ki date se ek din pehle ki h sab kuch jan ke kiya h ...ab hum kese apna cheque bounce ka case defend kre or uske jhute case se kese bache ..hmare pas peso ke lene dene ka b koi evidence ni h..plz help me
