An application for exemption from personal appearance on behalf of accused Satish moved through his counsel. Heard. Same is allowed for today only. Notice to accused Ajit not issued. Now fresh court notice against accused Ajit be issued for 28.10.2021. JMIC.Rewari. 31.08.2021 Hi i am ajit please tell me the meaning of this court order

The content of the order sheet says that the person Satish is exempted from personal appearance. The counsel of the Satish has moved an application for exemption of proper personal appearance I have dictated the answer so there may be some typographical error for more details you can contact me at my office thank you

It means that you have to appear before the court on next date and file bail bond for your bail. Court is sending summon for your personal appearance before court, so appear before the court on next date through advocate. All the best, we can help you out in this matter.
