Regarding changing of addresss in employer record by producing fabrica

I want to know that if any body changes his address in service book in our organization for taking undue benefit in trasfer is a crime or not?
3.firstly person changes his address in his adhar card,then through his adhar he changed his address in service book.
4.How we can expose it ?
5.wheather it is a criminal case or not?
