उस चालान मे कूछ कमी होंगी या धारा सही नही लगाई होंगी इस कारण कोर्ट ने सही जाँच कर सही सही धारा लगा कर या चालान पूरा.कर के पेश करने का बोला होगा जाँच करने का नही बोला होगा उसमे जो कमी हे उसको पूरा कर के फ़िर पेश करने का आदेश दीया होगा
