Regarding case status report of the FIR in which I was not chargesheet

Hi! I recently crack a government job exam and got finally selected. An FIR was registered against me and I was not chargesheeted by the I.O. During documents verification, I have told the DV conducting team regarding the same and provided them certified copy of the FIR & chargesheet (in which my name was excluded) . Chargesheet was filed by the I.O. against other accused 8 years ago . Now, the recruitment authority told me to bring any proof or document that you are not facing the trial in case
you should produce the documents showing proof or document regarding the fact that you were not chargesheeted now the recruitments

Get a certified copy of the recent order sheet of the case file. it will prove that you are not facing trial of that case. Find a local lawyer for the trial court of that case, he'll help you getting that certified copy.
