Can some one take call list of my number from any app? Does it come under any offence or not?

no one can take others call list from concerned service provider . even the family member of their own.
it is the violation of right to privacy . only police officials can take call data of yours if any offence committed by you otherwise one can take .

call list of individual mobile numbers cannot be obtained by individuals without orders of district judge or from superintendent of police of your district.
any call records obtained without prior authorisation of both of above, is a violation of privacy and you can choose to file a criminal case of fraud , black mail etc against the opposite party
