Regarding bike financing , seller give me wrong information and cheted

I purchased a bike on finance during the process i ask him about the interest rate he said me it is Rupees 5,890 on monthly basis and it is 12% but in the receipt interest rate they levy is 14.99% when i ask him he did not give me explanation and said you have to pay the mentioned amount . kindly guide me how to deal it.
