Regarding bell Application and file case

Respected sir I have sections 468,469,470,34,74,308,402,420 I am govt employee I have fir only few thousands of rupee I was applied for anticipate bell in civil and high court court but my request was declined now what next if I go surrender how much time I will be in jail plz help me I am not done any wrong but in my case other people do so I am facing problems

you can file regular bail after chargesheet received, it need 90 days till that u have remain in jail. thereafter there may be chances of bail as per circumstances. out of these section have punishment of more than 7 years and fine. so your matter is very serious. for further detail discussion contact us through lawreto.
