Can we apply for an anticipatory bail in the district court and arrest stay in high court at the same time?

yes you can apply Anticipatory Bail in District Court and for stay also you can come to High court. rest we can discuss on call for further proceedings. with all documents and papers . that what crime you did.

Legally, yes you can as the prayer in both the petitions is different as in High court the relief your seeek is that of quashing of FIR. Having said that, I’ll advise you to first exhaust your remedy in the high court.
