I have seen your query carefully but I it is not possible to file a written petition before high court for arrest stay and anticipatory bail in District Court simultaneously. if you wish to contact me for further information and consultation then please call me back through the administrator of this website

Legally, yes you can as the prayer in both the petitions is different as in High court the relief your seeek is that of quashing of FIR. Having said that, I’ll advise you to first exhaust your remedy in the high court.
