The complainant in my case is not appearing in court and he is doing it from past 4 months with more than 7 hearings .Can I get relief from high court by applying for a speedy trial order or is there any other way to get relief??

hi yes if the complainant is not appearing in the court and if the trial is getting delayed then you could file petiton in high court seeking relief pf speedy trial as the process is getting delayed and that it is causing incovenience to you
