Regarding a summon from police inspector

I got a summon from a police inspector but i am no way involved in that..the opposite party has given some fake documents and filed against me. The summon is from far away from where I am residing.

If you are not able to visit the police station from a far away place for valid reasons then you can send a reply directly or through a lawyer regarding the same along with supporting documents that clarifies your statement.

Engage a criminal lawyer to get an anticipatory bail. thereafter get all the details through your lawyer and try to quash the matter. you can even file a defamation suit to claim the damages from the fake complainant.
