Regarding 377 511 pocso 7/8 . Please help me and answer my question

Is 377 still can be applied on gays? I have been alleged under pocso 7/8 and 377. The boy I was chatting to is minor on gay application Grindr. He told me he is 18 and on FIR they mentioned he is 15. Aadhaar and birth certificate shows he is 15+. Can 377 still applied as bhartiya nyay sanghita removed 377.

Section 377 IPC is no more an offence and the same has been removed from the act. Also if the other boy has mislead you on his age and took advantage of your emotions you can sue him and protect yourself from such case.
