Regardin PCC for employent in abroad

I am working in dubai from last 04 years, i attend all the hearings in my court. Right now i Have 498-A , DV, Maintenance case against me. And in 498-A NBw was issued from last two years. But as per the direction ofHonorable high court Ihave Saty order against NBW and 498-A. nnI have one opportunity in other coutry. how can i get the PCC. Please guide me.
