Refusal to register fir what can i do
16-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A party submit forged will in a court , and pvt forensic lab confirms signatures are forged .. case proceeding in company tribunal , police complaint is filed ... Inquiry officer not inclined to register fir on plea case is proceeding in court and no directions in this regard to police from court . What is Remedy for me ? Is inquiry officer correct as per established law ? Or I have to go thru sec 156-3 or 190 crpc . what can i do ?

File a case u/s 156 (3) along with 200 Crpc for the magistrate to take cognizance of the offence .

Hello client,
As i have read your query,i accept that you are able to take action in section 156(3) crpc but in that case another case will get started by your own virtue by not by the virtue of the court due to which in this matter the affect on your current case will get nothing if u want to get this case to get affected due to the action of the cognizence of the amtter of the fake will then it should be done in the way that court virtue should get involved in this case .

You should press the same to police to register FiR other wise you have to go through the procedures of S. 156 of crpc.
Make sure that you take care your mater before company tribunal and try to stall the proceedings of it's in your favour
