Refusal to Marry after promising

Hi I was in a relationship for 2 n half years, where promise of marriage was made and on the basis on that there was sexual relationship. I was also pregnant and aborted it. I have respective report. I also have bills of hotel where we used to stay. Now he broke up saying he cant stay with me and has blocked me online and offline calling texting as well. I deleted whatsapp chatting in anger. How can I sue him on the basis of this? Or take any type of legal action?
Yes you have option to lodge a complaint before the police with mentioning about the promise of marriage and misbehaviour with you and cheating. You have to produce the relevant documents at the time of producation in the court. if the police is not taking complaint then you have an option to file private complaint before the magistrate. living in relationship is not valid on country like India .but u can file a case for fraud. breach of trust etc including rape. that is gratification in the wake of false promise. u can bring him to the clutches of law.
