Recovery of gold after chargesheet

Charge sheets is applied on accused person, evidences are collected, but recovery is not going in a good manner what I must do for full recovery of my gold

Dear Sir/Madam, It is the wisdom of investigation officer to recover such gold. If proper investigation is not being done then approach High Court and pray for change of investigation authority. Even after charge sheet is filed you may apply to the High Court in the above matter.

you have to approach the court and make necessary applications before the court for the release of property and provide necessary information and documents to prove the property belongs to you, after looking into your documents and contentions the court will order for release imposing conditions.
