I have given the jamanat for lady and the lady is died, I just want to know that how can i get out of this jamanat and how much time will be required to get out of this?

You need to collect the death certificate of the that lady and trace the status of the case, if case is stilling going on then you move the application for withdraw the surety before the concern court with the help of advocate, with in 2/3 dates of hearing you will get free from the litigation.
Further advice you need to show me the complete details of the case and charges under complaint/ FIR then i will suggest you for further action..
