31-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I had got a marriage proporsal from a girl on a matrimonial site 2years back. After a month of chatting I informed that things cant proceed as my family is not willing as she is from Karnataka and not a bengali. This didnt stop her and she kept msging and chatting. As a friend I too used to talk to her. But later she started sending me leud messages and asked for pictures and on not sending it to her she would start abusing. This has been going on and on and now she is threatning me to marry her or else she ll cause me harm. I need advise.

Dear client, file a criminal complaint in the form of a FIR at the police station. This will act as a protection to you in case the girl proceeds to cause any harm to you. Copy of such FIR should also be given to the police commissioner as well.

File a general diary stating all facts and details where you met and even the chat records that you have shared with, if you are confident you have done nothing against her then do it, it shall protect you.

Dear sir,
Please lodge a general diary in your local police station as fast as possible and get the diary drafted by an advocate only. This will help you if she files any complaint against you in near future and she would be unaware of this general diary as no communication will be sent to her but you will get full benefit of this in near future.

Fist of All Please say Good buy in Matrimonial Site and come back at home, if you wants to marry there is so many way to choose a girl.
Second, from today do not receive her phone call. if it possible block her from your call list. do not send her any abusing SMS or MMS etc.,
I do not think, she will take any sort of legal action against you if you do not send any objectionable SMS or MMS etc.
