Receiving death threats due to a fight

I had a fight in place I have give my statement in hospital it was happened on Thursday and police did not cath them and they say they will kill me so I need advise
It's the police who has to take action but it depends upon the gravity of injuries if these are simple then police won't take any action and threats are non cognizable offence. In still there are threats then you can seek protection from the session judge as well as from high court

Move an application to the commissioner of police with the copy of DDR OR FIR that any loss of your property or body police officers will be responsible for that loss. And if police are not taking matter properly than file a complaint to the Majistrate of your jurisdiction.

Firstly register the fIR against those persons and thereafter move complaint to the SSP against them as they threaten you and all in vain then file petition for safety of life directly before the Hon'ble High court
