Hi
You can file a criminal complaint against him in the near by police station. Save the text messages in which he abuses you and also record the calls if possible.

You may choose to register a police complaint under Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code: An act, word or gesture intended to insult the modesty of a woman.

Or, you may choose to file a Private Criminal Complaint under aforesaid section with Magistrate.

However, if your objective is only to have nuisance stopped being created by ur ex and not to take action against him, you may choose to have a legal notice issued and call him upon to tender unconditional apologies so that he gets directly into his head that you have moved and thus, he should let you move cordially.

You can lodge a complaint before police. You can file a case for injunction before civil court, thereby restraining him from doing such act in future. Failure to comply with the same may get him into jail for contempt.
