Received Summon for section 25 need advise

Hello I have received summon under section 25 herin is in 3rd Nov 2023 first hearing however it is in Ahmedabad m really struggling financially to visit there and to arrange funds to clear due I have told same to Lenditt app however they are not ready to give more time please advise

Well I suggest you to appoint a lawyer rather than personally going to Ahmedabad to appear in your case in person.o therwise, you may have to face lot of difficulties. As far as your financial struggle is concerned, you can seek help of legal aid centre.
