Received Notice under Sec41(A)

29-Aug-2024 (In Criminal Law)
A case has been registered under 420IPC and Sec 63,65 of Copyright Act against an unknown party and we have been served notice under sec41(A) to appear before the interrogating officer. The notice claims that the charged party has printed fake labels of aggrieved parties products at our digital printing center and we are being summoned to appear before the IO.

Hi, If you got a notice of 41 from the police station then you should appear before the investigating officer and provide them your defence that you are a printing press and various customers comes to you for the various works and you are not supposed to check if it is fake or real and your work is to print the thing whatever the customer brings if it is not very much obvious that this is the case of any national threat.
