it is a very serious situation first step would be to engage a counsel, and challenge the complaint made against your friend in the high court, you should take a legal consultation as soon as possible and engage a lawyer.

From what has been narrated by you it seems that you have been trapped by the person against whome you levelled rape allegation. Now since an extortion case has been filed against you and your application to get arrest stay has been rejected then you will have to wait for the charge sheet and give evidence to investigation officer of your innocence. If that does not work then you will have to get bail from the court and fight the case on merit and in trial you can prove your case and give evidence of your innocence .
