Rape on marital promises and never got married.

06-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I was denied FIR in the women's police station at Bangalore. Can I file a ZERO FIR at any police station? They are asking me to go to a male police station and I'm uncomfortable about it. Can I file a rape case that was 3 years back? Can I file 2 FIR cases together for different years and against different person?

Dear client

I gone through your quirre regarding your issue about complaint on against culprit in this matter.
There is reason behind to Lodge complaint against that person.
How ever you want to do fight against them, you have to Lodge which incident occurred that area PS limit.

Hi..if u want you can file a case now also but you have to explain the reason for delay to the police. You can not file two fir on same cause of action against same person and normally fir will be registered where cause of action taken place.
Thank you

Hi, sorry to know the sad state of affairs.

Please file an FIR in the Local Police Station of your Jurisdiction against your to be husband and his parents on the offence of Cheating, Criminal Breach of Trust, Act done with intent to prevent child being born alive or to cause it to die after birth, Cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage, etc. If the police does not act swiftly in your matter, then you may file the complaint with the jurisdictional court in front of a magistrate. Before proceeding on the above, see if your to be husband is willing to marry you amidst of the opposition from his family through a court marriage process. This would resolve your issue. Let me know if you need any assistance.

Dear Madam,
You can file any number of FIRs but all of them will be sent to the police station having jurisdiction. If SHO (Station House Officer) of police station refused to receive your complaint then you have two options one is to send original complaint to the Commissioner of Police by registrar post, secondly you may approach Magistrate Court under Section 200 CrPC through advocate and get it registered as private complaint.
