Rape Case Bail Cancel Application Is Rejected In Session Court

The accused threatened the victim with nude photos so she filed IT act FIR against him again.by using that FIR we tried to cancel his bail which he got in rape case bcoz he violated the bail rule that he will not threaten the victim. But he got the bail.in order the judge mentioned that he will face the consequences of the same in the second FIR...why she ignored the point that he violated the rule ? Also in the order it is mentioned that the IO failed to file the documents and in her say that the accused break any rule...what to do in such conditions? I am applying again for bail cancellation so how should I cross this point in the draft ?
If your bail cancellation application is rejected by sessions judge then you will have to approach high court for cancellation of bail under section 439(2) of criminal procedure code and there you may agitate the points not considered by the sessions judge
