Rape Cas Filed By Gf - I had sex with her consent

My gf had filed a rape case on me. nThe intercourse was with her consent but she had mentioned with our consent in the fir. nShe denied for the medical test and I had also denied for the medical test. nRight now I have got the bail. nMy gf has no interest in this case and with not come to court. nnWhat should I do to clear the case?
you have to apply for quashing of the fir from High court then the fir will itself will be quashed once quashed no need to go to court nor you their will be any fir on your name what is your jurisdiction...place

you can get the case quashed by filing an appropriate application in the court. but it would depend on the contents of the complaint which culminated into the FIR and the findings of the chargesheet if already submitted. its better to get those vetted by a lawyer before proceeding with the same.
