Question regarding student visa after having a criminal record in past

I have been charged with 397ipc as A4 and after due to charge sheet moved it became 395 ipc and i got bail and case was cleared in 2 months can get visa to study abroad what and process i need to do and how time it will take and i was having passport i have mentioned it and it was a flase allegation on me and iam planning to go to abroad for studying in next four months is it possible? countrys like canada and usa ? Location of the case is in Bangalore

Visa procedures depends upon countries so granting a visa is a discretion of a country which you are applying, If criminal cases against you Ended in acquittal need not to worry normally most of the countries Will accept the Visa application only countries like USA May ask for the detailed explanation and case records
