Question regarding for my career

So I am currently student.my question was that 5 years ago I was 15 years old and one girl FIR against me for harrasment and after 3-4 hours she will withdrawn case so can I get government job civil services?

see if there is no case against you then there is no problem in getting a govt job because poloce report will show case is withdrawn. probably you will jave to answer some questions before the concerned separtmenrt but that is just protocol
