Can we quesh a fir which is out of jurisdiction for section 376 and 420.the offence has occurred in Bangalore and police has registered fir in telgana and boy has arrested in telgana.in which he never went to telgana

you have to file a petition where the alleged offence of 376 and 420 is registered, it is better to apply for both reliefs one for bail in sessions court and one for quashing of petition in high court under section 482 crpc. you have to approach in place where fir is registered. Normally fir us registered where the offences has taken place but i think in your case the offence may have been shown to have committed in both places.
