Query related to bail for the false case framed against my friend

Hi! My friend has been framed wrongly in one of the criminal cases. It been more than 2 years and the case is not heading any way. The acts that has been out upon him are as followsnIndian Penal Code-379-B,411,399,402,473,nUnlawful Activities (Prevention) Act-16,17,18,18BnArms Act- 25nWhat are the chances of his bail as no evidence is showing up also and they have only produced him once in the court.

There is every chance he will get bail. His role has to be seen in challan. Investigation must be over by now. If there is no evidence against him then he’ll bailed out for sure. For anything more feel free to contact

kindly confirm if bail has been rejected or not have you filed any bail application with any court what is the situation of your case kindly tell more if dismissed or not, if challan not filled then we can file bail contact my for proper detail as rule is bail not jail, so proceed legally and put ur case according
