Query regarding hash and ganja

Hi,nIn 2021 one of my frnd get caught by the police with 20gms of hash and no fir was filed against him as he gave them money and before police he told that I am the one who is selling hash then police contacted me and again no FIR was lodged as well because I was not in any possession however I had to give money to police Now he is threatening me that I have phone call recording. his family is demanding money from me stating that I have framed his son

You should immediately send an intimation and complaint in writing to the police station of your area explaining them about the whole situation. And if necessary try to get an anticipatory bail from the court according to your jurisdiction because if has any proof then he might contact police and can get you arrested for unnecessary charges. You should immediately go for registration of FIR against him for extortion and malicious prosecution against him and his family. All you need is an expert advocate who can get your FIR lodged against them. You may consult me in that regard.

You need to forward you apprehension complaint to the concerned police station before they do any false complaint against you ! You need to hire expert advocate to draft such complaint to cover up all the legalities ! Kindly b in touch Thanks

Was any report filed against you or your friend while you have been caught with substances and which district and state are you talking from and what kind of threats are they giving you do you have any recordings of the conversations with them?
