Query regarding Bank account of NRI party living abroad

If a party residing abroad, having citizenship of foreign country. Keeping Aadhaar and PAN of India, Bank account in Indian Banks, showing local address of India is legal or illegal? nIf illegal, action they deserve.

hello client as a mattee of facta which you have mentioned above in this matter yes your client is wrong and it may lead to for adverse action but it can be prevented by the way of legal way only
