Getting a stay is little difficult in 498a cases still we can file quashing if there are no specific allegations against the members. Still if we dont get relief from high court we can get discharge from lower courts on arguments on charge.

Generally, the court does not pass orders interfering the investigation. However, the FIR is vague and does not contain sufficient allegations, you may get some protection from the Court. You may also try quashing of FIR.
